PEANUT BUTTER CARAMEL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

1. Whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda. 2. Cream together the butter, peanut butter, and sugars. 3. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla.
4. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. 5. Fold in the chocolate chips. 6. Wrap the dough in wax paper and refrigerate.
7. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 8. Roll the dough into balls and stuff with caramel. 9. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
