French Toast with Potato Bread

Sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg and topped with a drizzle of syrup, french toast is the perfect weekend treat for breakfast or brunch.

INGREDIENTS

Potato Bread Eggs Granulated Sugar Kosher Salt Dairy of Your Choice Vanilla Extract Cinnamon  Nutmeg

Layout the pieces of potato bread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes on 275.

Whisk the eggs, sugar, and salt together until smooth.

Add the dairy and vanilla. Whisk to combine.

Dip each slice of bread into the custard mixture.

Place each slice on the electric griddle or pan and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg. cook for 3 minutes on each side.
